This semester has taught me so many things that I haven’t been fully aware of and even if I was it helped bring back to my full attention. Throughout this course I was able to learn how to properly prepare yourself when you are going to present your presentation. There are many questions and concerns a person should keep in mind of when planning out their presentations. The person must make sure we reach the readers expectations, be able to create a set of instructions for different audiences. The presenter must be fully aware of the different audiences they may come across  their presentation and should always be prepared to accommodate their audiences. 

One thing I struggled with during this semester was the rhetorical analysis of the lab reports because I have a hard time picking topics about what I would like to write about. While writing out the rhetorical analysis analyzing the lab reports was a bit nerve racking due to the fact they had a lot of vocabulary I have never seen, so trying to adjust myself to read new words was a bit of a struggle.

Throughout this semester,  when our group was working on our proposal we would always engage with one and another during our class time and if we weren’t able to meet up after class we would communicate with one and another through our group chat and work on our proposal. Before we dived right into our proposal we all assigned ourselves the work we would work on, it was balanced out between each other and made sure it was fair. Of course, if any of us needed any help with our work we would text the group chat for help and help one and another. Before submitting our proposal our leader would spam text the group chat or individually to get our revised work fixed and finished.

While writing out my rhetorical analysis the databased used was the one search library database. I made sure to search for full texts so I could get the full lab report and be able to analyze it. As for the technical description I used pictures from store brands to take their images as a source to my writing. While writing out the history of the gel pens I would use the Wikipedia, or the company brand to get an idea of how they came across the gel pen innovation. Used various articles to be able to write out the process and description for the Gel pen. As for our proposal, I used image sources and YouTube videos to be able to explain and give a more thorough description to our proposal.This writing journey for engineers has been a stressful but fun ride, the writing phases for this semester has helped me grow as a writer because I was presented with new information on how to handle writing professionally. It helped me prepare myself to always keep in mind about our audience and how we can help accommodate them to understanding our presentations.
